Its actually a good place to stay at. Use to be a slum but the owner has fixed it up and made it safe. I feel more safe here than other fancier places. No bugs and the owner really watches the place, no nonsense here. Its an old motel but he has slowly fixed it up and when im in town I always try to stay here. For the price its an excellent place to stay.
Stayed by myself at the Guest Inn in Roger’s AR and self nice and safe. It was only a 15 something minute drive to bar hop in Bentonville and a 5 minute drive to downtown Roger’s (which is very charming). Rooms were clean and featured a huge nicely lit mirror I enjoyed. Hot shower and friendly service. They let me pay my $50 deposit (you get it back if you don’t trash the room ofc) in cash and I easily got it back when I left. Definitely recommend!
I had a very nice stay at this place. Overall, the rooms are very clean and the staff was very helpful with any request that I had. The location was very convenient for what I needed and it was very nice and quiet at night. Overall, I would definitely recommend it and will be staying again.

i visited this motel on 14 November 25. I was going through their reviews and I entered the office for enquiry. It was a surprise to know, charges for non-smoking rooms are $69 per day whereas on web it shows $83. We booked for 2 nights for $69 per day. Rooms were spick & span. Rooms are provided with brand new furniture. All plumbing - taps, shower valve are brand new, smooth. Equipped with All necessary toiletries. This motel is road touch and can move in move out merrily. Gas station very nearby. I recommend to have a HAPPY stay here.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay — Totally Worth It! I stayed at the Guest Inn in Rogers, AR and was really impressed. The room looked brand-new — super clean, fresh, and comfortable. No roaches, no bed bugs, and everything smelled nice. It’s affordable but doesn’t feel “cheap” at all — definitely not one of those “you get what you pay for” places. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt safe and relaxed the whole time. For the price and quality, this place is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
